WRIGHT toolboard
« on: March 23, 2014, 10:31:16 AM »
I really am getting rid of stuff...however this showed up today.

The lady who I helped move those gas pumps for dropped off a check an this today. I told her I really appreciate it but ime good, she said it doesn't fit her store. As you can see I caved in an happily accepted it.

And I'm proud to be an American,
where at least I know I'm free.
And I won't forget the men who died,
who gave that right to me.

I'm fond of Wright tools, to the point I have picked up a couple of their older socket sets in the last year (1/4 SAE set w/three square sockets and a 3/8 Metric set to keep in my truck since it is Toyota). Really like the older stuff marked "Barberton, Ohio" on it. They made really good tools, in my opinion. I also keep and set aside anything I find from them, I'm about 1/2 way to a full set of 1/2" drive sockets and tools. The "tootsie roll" handle ratchets are becoming favorite workers for me.

My vintage tool Want list:
Wards Master Quality 1/2" drive sockets (Need size 5/8), long extension, & speeder handle.
-Vlchek WB* series double box wrenches.
-Hinsdale double-box end round shank wrenches.
