8 & 9 wrench

 Today I got a( 8 & 9) wrench in an auction box. Looks like a B F Avery wrench or possibly a Bucher & Gibbs wrench but can't find a definitive ID. Found one in V Saaks auction (item 73) but it is not identified to specific company. Can someone identify this wrench to a company or usage. I'm guessing a plow wrench (heavy on the guess) but welcome any information

I have your wrench on my orphan list. The style is like others that have been for plows.
