A couple others that followed me home.  I had a really good weekend.  I wish the picking would always be so good!!!

Stanley62,

On the Charles Hall #15 adjustable, there is a curviture to the end of the handle/shank.  Is there some special purpose to the curved end?  Does it come to a tapered point or a tapered flat?

Do you have any technical description for this wrench and what it was intended for?

Lauver,

Pointy end is for pulling cotter pins.  It comes to a tapered point.

And the "wedge" which appears as a dark area on the "fixed jaw" end of the wrench is the cotter pin spreader.

I am trying to attach excerpt from Copes on this wrench, but it keeps failing.  I will try to edit it into this entry after the fact.  Fingers crossed...
