Please help ID these 4 tools...

The first one is obviously a socket wrench, but what specifically was it made for? One side has 'DESMOINES USA' and the other side has 'DELAVAN' and 'Pat Pend.'
The second item may be simply a wire cutter but I'm not sure. It has the name 'GLASS PIEGEL' on one side.
The third looks like some sort of multi-wrench.
The forth looks like maybe a nail puller on one end but no idea what it was made for. I thought it may even be part of toy tool kit. Any thoughts?

I would appreciate any info any of you experts may be able to provide on these tools.

I'm going with No. 1 being a wrench for an oil burner nozzle, as that seems to be what the Delavan company in Des Moines makes. No. 2 is a wire cutter, I believe we just had one very much like it posted here a while ago. As for Nos. 2 & 3, not a clue. I'm looking forward to finding out from someone else what they are, especially No. 4.

No. 3 is an universal drain plug wrench. Don't know about No. 4 but would like to have one.

4 looks to me like a upholstery tool,  has a hammer head, tack small / nail puller,  the hook could be used to tighten a type spring. But the square head wrench, other slot?????

Wrenches like that were common as a universal drain plug wrench and made by several different manufacturers. Yours is a nice model.

no.4 looks like a gasoline delivery truck wrench to take the cover off and turn the cap/plug off the underground tank fill pipe.  bob w.

I've had many drain plug wrenches , never saw that one. Very nice example.
Is there a name or number? They were used in service stations and garages ,
a lot of the older models had square drain plugs , both male and female type.

The last 2 responses make sense for items 3 and 4 since I got them from a guy who inherited a house (and all contents) from an old service station owner. The drain plug wrench is 9/16" thick with different sizes on both sides. There no markings on it. Thanks to all.
