Whomever has owned it in the past must not have known what to do with it either, it doesn't appear to have ever been used. A mint condition tool that old is seldom seen. Nice!
Well, okay, maybe not 'mint' but pretty fine!

One sold on eBay march of last year for $188.00, so I guess they do bring good money.
