Some auction rust
« on: September 14, 2013, 06:54:06 PM »
Only one box of tools at todays auction and I wasn't leaving w/o it :-).

This blue point looked like the others and it was derusted & lubed.

No markings.

The tee wrench should be a T28. Look for marking on the end opposite the hook. The Wiard plow wrench should be a 94. 94 should be to right of WP CO. Is animal marker marked ?

Not sure, haven't looked it over yet. Only quick brushed the wrenches to check for and ID.

Tee wrench looks like a Bickford & Huffman A177. They are usually marked very lightly (if at all) on one flat side of the pointed end. The T28 wrench is from the Kentucky Drill Co. and has a square opening in the middle. Below is one from last Spring's Wrenching News Auction (lot No. 401).

Bus is correct as usual. Sent me to basement  to check and my T28 is really a T28 with the square hole. Sorry about the misinformation.
