Old Hand Operated Oiler/ Grease Gun

I found this old hand operated oil pump/ grease gun in a garage sale. Picked it up for 75 cents. Says on top "Stevens & Co Newyork Pat Jan 24 1911" Anyone have any information on this piece or what it may be worth? Thanks!
