Very nice set. That smoothing plane is actually a Stanley Bed Rock in disguise. Simmons contracted with other plane makers later on, but they weren't the same quality. In case you ever see one in the wild, the single K on the toe, with the number, indicates a Stanley made plane and is the Bed Rock model. Two Ks mean it was made by a different company.

I believe that the KK planes are Ohio Tool Co.  The KK5 I have has the telltale thick blade of an Ohio tool Co plane.
