I've seen those, but thought they were  a specialty clamping tool.   What part of leather work are they involved in?   Is there any thing in the handle?   Is it strong enough for removing small nuts?    Interesting, very interesting.

The seller calls it a leather working tool, but it is really a "Gentleman's Tool" popular in days gone by.

Neat how the handle attaches to the side to hold chisels to be struck by a hammer.
can it attach to the end of bits also?

The tool arrived here yesterday in really better condition than the pictures showed. I am happy with it.
