Mystery wrench

Found this wrench at a garage sale. Serial number is carved out and the first letter and second to last letter of the name is etched out.

(NA)lectrol(NA)e

NA is for the missing letters. One end of the wrench is a 12 point 1/2" and the other 9/16"

Just trying to figure out who made it
