 Great stuff!!
Leather covered tapes are way cool
Those little machinists squares are my favorites for all kinds of things.
Who throws out a tailor square??

The Millers hacksaw is the oddest one I ever saw. Hacksaw blades have pretty much always come in 8, 10 and 12 inch lengths. That one adjusts for 73 sizes of blade that were never made.
I wonder if Millers knew that ---some--- people (not naming any names heh)  cut up old metal cutting hacksaw blades to use in a hand frame,
and made a saw so could cut any length you had??

Sooner or later, everything made by the hand of man,.... everything,...... ends up in the dump.

(sung to the tune of the Lone Ranger theme)
To the dump, to the dump,
  to the dump dump dump

        yours Scott

Thanks for the comments,
I have been slowly collecting stuff for the past 50 years (most free, some garage sale for cheap)
but I am still amazed at what people in Hawaii throw out as trash..

looks like most of the tools were from elderly guys that didn't use them for a long time, let them crud over,
then when they passed, the family just wanted to clean out the clutter & what they thought was junks...
granted most of the stuff need cleaning & fixing.. but I find using the tool keeps it in shape...

Now I retired, I got time to sort, clean, fix, categorize, organize my collections that were stashed away.
That is why I love this site, great information on the history, gives the tool more meaning. (new purpose, not just junk)

Still looking through my stuff;
Several old planes; 3-wooden japanese, 3-Stanley, Record #3 England, etc.
old hand drills, 3-Push Yankee #131A, 131A North Bro. & 130A & crank type; Fulton-10 USA-BB, Millers Falls No.5, others.
large set of old Leather tools; over 75 pieces, cutters, pattern punchs, stichers, mallets, etc.

What's not to love in all this stuff?  But what catches my eye most is the wood and brass square!  That's a tailor's square.  I've been looking for one of these for my wife.  Found one on eBay, but got outbid at the last moment.

Erk!  I already responded with the same info on the first Odds & Ends thread.  Sorry 'bout that.
