unidentfied tool kit wrench

Anyone recognize this one, it came in a mixed tool kit I bought and included a bombardier stubai wrench, Kawasaki wrenches, a NSU wrench and this one.  Any Ideas?

Perhaps Nissan Tool Kit (NTK), early 70's datsuns....
Came in a set of 6 in a clip.
Does it say drop forged on the back?
