It is a not too uncommon a name found on tools, was a store name from a hardware line of tools.   Famous makers but marked (Oak Leaf).

Oak Leaf was used by Simmonds Hardware.

Thanks guys......  although, in all seriousness......  when I'm faced with a double negative, I'm lost!!!  .... that's no surprise because I'm usually lost. But, the double negative sinks me. I'm not sure why.  I'm attempting to crawl back up to the "realm" where most persons live.   I was quite happy to see a logo that I was not used to seeing.... the oak leaf.
