Nothing really special, hollow wood handle with a cardboard liner, solid steel connection to the changeable blades with a thumbscrew lock.
Absolutely no stamping or lettering on either wood or steel.
Probably a hardware or dime store tool.
Somebody used it around paint once, and somebody used masking tape to tighten the handle threads.
Odd thing is the end of the blade holder has a male thread about 1/8 pipe size about 1/4" long.
Blades remaining inside when the humidity finally allowed me to unscrew it, a flat screwdriver blade that is sharpened like a wood chisel, #1 Philips and a screw drill that probably doesn't belong to this set.
Looks like I need to dig into the bin I've tossed stuff I need to get around to a little deeper.
