85 thousand is waay to cheap in my opinion, I will share that dream of buying that building, hard to imagine having to put a couple of million into it but I am assuming they are thinking all the frills that you and I could do without.

Always looking for what interests me, anything early Dodge Brothers/Graham Brothers trucks ( pre 1932 or so ) and slant six / Super six parts.

BTW I used the notify me when any replies came thru on this topic because it is hard to trace since it is getting off subject from the original topic. The notifier failed to notify, just happened to click the right button and see your reply. No big deal since I did see it but I would hate to have someone think I was being stand offish to a post by not replying with at least a thanks.
