Bought a few things at two different sales today.

Left to right
Craftsman wide jaw plier with blue vinyl, 10 inch Vlchek adjustable, ratchet for 1/4 bits, AC SC53 tire valve puller.
From another sale - Stanley 10-099, Campagnolo bicycle tool - not sure how it is used, Jobsmart 16 pound lift magnet - everything kept getting stuck to it as I was perusing items, Klein 500-4 (Japan) adjustable, Westcraft 11/32 - 9/32

I have a Wards Master ignition set in original pouch with pliers, that is missing the 11/32 - 9/32. Finally found the wrench on ebay. It was slightly bent so I set it on the vise and smacked it. It promptly broke in two. ARRRGGH! But this Westcraft will hold its place til I find another Wards.

While cleaning the tool chest at work I pulled out the bottom drawer and found this plier. Could have been in there for 20 years. What is the purpose of these??? What comes to mind is the crimping tool for steel strap crimp clamps as used on pallet strapping.
Thanks,
Al
