Canedy Otto No. 18 Post Drill
« on: November 24, 2020, 06:08:47 AM »
I saw a Canedy Otto No. 18 Post Drill in the
Photo Index of the OWWM site.
It is a lot more complex than most of the post drills
I have seen. Was this model intended for a
machine shop of the day rather than a smith or farmer?
I'm using the term post drill because if memory serves
it is mounted on what looked to be a 4x4.

Thanks oldgoaly
Think I would have given them the $40.50
that is a cool piece of equipment; stout too at 300/320 lbs.

You pay that much you should probably spring for the $2 wheel holder.
You might say I have a tool collecting problem....
