F in a circle twisty wrench

Does this one look familiar to anyone? Not having much luck tracking down it's original use.

the hook reminds me of a Ford water pump wrench, but it could be a million other things too

Searching for the numbers on the wrench I stumbled onto this:
It's an auction page (I think) of IHC wrenches.
"D: 326A6 open end with spanner, the spanner can be used on early HD flathead push rod tubes."

How can a " flathead" have a push rod tube?
Push rods are for OHV
Unless it's for the fuel pump push rod?

Harley Davidson flatheads had pushrod tubes.

That wrench is real close, mine has a bit more bend in it but it's obviously for the same application, thanks for that!

You may be looking for a forging outfit rather than a casting place.
