Hello, Al. Looks like a re-paint, which always concerns me, could be hiding cracks/flaws/defects. I also have concerns when I see parts that should not be painted, milled surfaces/hardware, not a restoration, just a quick coat , or two, of paint to make things look good. All that being said, looks like a heavy duty vise. Regards, Lou
