Odd Hammer

Anyone know what kind of hammer this would be? Different than any that I've seen. It's a Plumber marked 2 lb.

a 2 pounder is kinda light, but it looks very similar to railroad spike hammers i've seen.

Looks similar to the 2lb boilermaker's hammer in the 1906 Plumb catalog.
