I search on Goole and found the answer in the last part of this article: https://www.powertoollab.com/best-cordless-impact-wrench/ Torque capacity of 200 ft-lbs to 250ft-lbs cordless impact wrench can easily remove your lug nuts. Right? Who can tell me?

I think it would depend on how the lug nuts were tightened. If you put them on with a torque wrench they come off pretty easy. If they were put on by most tire shops ,  250 ft-lbs wont touch it.

Torque to tighten most car lug nuts are in the 100-140 ft. lbs.  So adding the binding of nut to wheel, 200 should do it.  250 would do it faster.   Have seen the (super) air impact wrenches snap the average lug nut, 250ft.lb. range, in just a few seconds.
