Auger bits and drill bits
« on: April 22, 2017, 09:56:25 AM »
Square shank bits for wood and drills for steel.  Bought these boxes for $5.   Including the long ones in the box, estate sale.  Guess I should start assembling auger bit sets?   Anyone else accumulated too many?

I buy 500-1000 bits every year for my Ebay business.  I will probably cut back on that now that I have a regular job.  The ones on the right in the wooden case may be Syracuse pattern bits.  They look similar to drill point bits (the ones to the left of the wood case that are for wood or metal), but they are for wood only and have a higher angle point/tip.
