Bent to heck, and likely split inside. A straight line drawn across the top jaw should intersect the top of the handle, that one looks like it is bent up 1/2 inch. The weak spot is where the screw pins the jaw to the sleeve, my guess would be someone forced the jaws and split it there...

Only a deal if you need a screw or the movable jaw part to fix another, unless you like welding ;P
