No idea whose they are.  Those early socket sets that switch back and forth from male to female drive are interesting critters.

They could be one of many manufacturers back then. Some old sets with plug type ratchets come with different length extensions - all with male ends. Couplings were female sockets, or universal swivels, like yours.

I have several with sets, and if I had to guess I would guess someone like Indestro as they were never very proud of their name.
