I'm ranting! It drives me nuts when folks label common tools for sell as rare (e.g. something I may have 10 of in NOS form). What is the need to label it anything (vintage, historic, antique, rare)? Why not just be factual (1 of 12 or 1200, made in 1945)? It just seems dishonest to me, to lure the uneducated in with such a strong title.
This happens all the time, as you guys know I'm a collector of blow torches. Time and again I see, really rare, vintage, sort after, etc.
Mostly a crock... I suppose we just have to put up with this shit.
