More estate

Estate sales were very good this weekend. Picked up 3 vises, including a neat little clamp on vise. I know the vise lovers dont think much of these but I always grab them. Friday I had to leave one sale to replenish the green stuff, leaving a beautiful Stanley level, which was still there when I returned. Will post that in the wodworking forum as it seems to be in too good a shape. Actually returned to that same sale on Saturday to pull a nice clean 3 1/2 Columbian vise off the workbench. Used the Tru-fit waterpump pliers to remove 3 lag bolts, it pays to keep some tools with you!

That vise with the swivel jaw is something new for me. I havent come across any of those before. More info on it? maybe a couple more pictures please?

Well, I had posted it over at GJ in the vise thread as a 192, and now know it is a Prentiss 19 1/2 ( I am asking why the 1/2 !! ).
And had this info reported:
That particular model would have 3 1/2" wide jaws...swivel base...and weigh about 32 pounds. Yours is the oldest of the swivel jaw generation with its logo on the main body tail and the Get Religion pull plunger.
 And I asked if they could date it also, we will see.
