  Here's a tip. The oldest wrenches and all ratchets will get the quickest attention.

Dave, I think you will find that some of your prices are in the ranges that sellers are asking for those types of wrenches, but not the prices that are usually realized.

Keep this in mind when you price Ford wrenches.  There were 15,000,000 Model T's made and 5,000,000 Model A's, give or take a few.  Each one came with a tool kit containing multiple wrenches.  There is no shortage of these, unfortunately.  A friend of mine who sell's a bunch of wrenches, gets $3.00 for the fixed ones and not much more for the adjustables...and that' after his wife has cleaned them!

Makes sense thanks. I posted those prices based on what I saw them listed on ebay etc... It's kind of hard to put an accurate price on these items not knowing what the going rate currently is. My perfect scenario would be for a local aficionado to swing by my garage and make me an offer on some or all of the tools. Or at the very least give me an idea of what thy're actually worth. Perhaps I'll start a thread in a different forum rather than the classified section with pics of the different sockets and tools to gauge what they're worth just for my knowledge. That should be within the rules.

Don't even look at what sellers are asking on Ebay. Look at "Completed Listings", there you will see asked prices AND sold prices.

Asking and actually getting are pretty far apart in my experience.
  In my personal experience, far far apart..... heeheheh
This is why I seldom even try to sell tools.

But checking closed auction prices is a starting point, then........... we get down and dirty and............ haggle!!  heeheheh
