Expesnive "wrenches bowl"
« on: January 01, 2014, 07:07:19 PM »
I could be wrong but it seems to be something simple. I could make with wrenches from the flea and a 1$ bowl from a store. Add some black spray paint an all would be good.

None the less its very interesting.

And I'm proud to be an American,
where at least I know I'm free.
And I won't forget the men who died,
who gave that right to me.

You could certainly make something like that, but couldn't realize that price until you became as famous as CHRIS COLLICOTT.

What, you don't already have one of those?

LOL

With my luck, someone would unscrew one of the wrenches and the entire thing would fall apart, and I would not be able to put it back together again....

$1600 and it doesn't even come with plastic fruit...

Yup...."art"
Just a weathered light rust/WD40 mix patina.

I am by no means an artist. I don't have much of a artistic eye.

Personally I just don't see what makes it special.

I am sure to the right people it is absolutely amazing but just not to me. I guess its one of those things "to each his own"

I think a wrench Christmas tree stand would be more useful. I can't imagine putting tossed salad on that.

And not unique at that price >   IT CAME IN 2 FINISHES, WITH THE BLACK BEING THE MOST COVETED .
But wait, The wrenches are "WITH HIGHLY ARTICULATED DETAIL" .

See, if you are an "artiste", most importantly, you know how to price these suckers...  to sell to suckers!

Now, on an other site, this would have already blown up via the COO issue...    !!

Happy New Years   Folks !!!!
