The top picture looks like a hand saw sharpening gage. I have never seen one like it, but it says atkins, and looks like it has a slot for a file, and an angle adjustment wheel. Just my guess. Nice looking hand vise in the second picture, on the right, does it have any marks on it?

The hand vise has H&K 41H Then a logo.
