I found this on DATAMP this morning. I thought it was cool enuf to post and add to my list of 'Gee, I'd like to find one of those'

The inner set of jaws engage an axle nut. The outer set reach around the outside of the hub. This construction clamps an axle nut to the wheel hub so the wheel and nut can be removed and replaced on the axle together. The "wing nut" handle of the clamping screw is formed into an open end wrench.
