Found this odd wrench and cannot figure out what it would be used for. Maybe you guys can help.
-
Someone got pissed off when it slipped and they busted their knuckles?
-
Comes under the heading of Owner Modified, Desperate division. Or it could of gotten stuck and went through some machine. Wonder if the owner knew he could have gotten a six inch Crescent?
-
Pocket size adjustable. Please post in the 6" and Under forum.

Yikes, I don't want to see the hand that was holding the wrench when that happened!
-
Handle was "heated" with a torch and bent over to use in a tiny space.
Adapt Improvise and Overcome at it's finest.
I personally would NOT do it, but I have seen this done many times in the past.

I suspect you are 100% correct and makes sense too. They must have used it on a fairly large nut with lots of brute force, too. Of course, they may have tighten 2,000 nuts with this wrench, too.
My first thought when I saw this wrench for sale, was somebody got back at a co-worker, dropped this in his tool box in place of his prized possession wrench that never got loaned to anyone.
Thanks for all of the kind comments,
Ken

Must of been a big old gal! And I mean BIG!
I wouldn't mess with her either.

This wasn't an accident, they just wanted the pocket clip to look natural!

It's for the interdimensional quantum nut on the 1953 Model 22/7 retroturboencabulator. It can also be used on a Light Four.
