A.M.Co., i thought it might be athol machine co....i asked on a tool,in the whats it forum,,,look there and see my pic.,"is this a machinist tool?"

 Rathbone shows this wrench in VolI but has no info on company.

I see the periods after each letter now didn't notice them before. Kinda looks like they are connected to the same co..

There was a AMCO Pipe Company with ties to Shurtleff family that ran Thorsen for a period.  Reference "The Shurtleff and Lawton Families: Genealogy and History"
