Title: I knew it looked familiar
Post by: jimwrench on November 22, 2013, 02:59:51 PM
Along with my 2 orphans I got a P & O 940X. Looked familiar but that could mean I saw it in Rathbones. Nope I saw it in my basement. Now I have a spare. In that box I also found: unmarked alligator;Deering:Hill hog ringer;1728 Walter A Wood;skate key:Maytag and 6in Morco pipe wrench. Maybe I should carry a copy of my wrench inventory but that would take the fun out of the auction.

Most of us would hurt ourselves if we tried carrying an inventory of our tools!   So you got a spare, all is well.

The "maytag" wrench is what is referred to as the 'No. 9' in the series of wrenches for the Maytag engines. Not actually issued by Maytag, but thought to have been made by another company as a replacement wrench for the little motors.
