I thought it was a Blackhawk, but it says Christensen MFG Utica NY pat pending.

YUP, that's the tool I have.

I'll have to visit the factory site next time I'm in Utica.

The ad seems to indicate that it could be used for the no. 4 connecting rod on Ford cars, among other things.
