Probably bought it from the guy who gave him the book, and then discovered it was a $1 wrench, and is trying desperately to unload it.

The problem with the bigger fool theory is,  at the end , there is a final fool.

Another one listed that is a brass copy of a real one but at least this guy is honest about it.
