Got this cleaned up but what is it for? Here is something similar but not exact.

Appears to have a piece missing too.

It's an animal ear marker and snout cutter missing the wooden pad on the bottom. Originally would have several different pattern notchers and a cutter blade.

Thanks Bus, I guess I wouldn't root with a notch missing from my snout either.
