Title: P&O Co 940 Canton Ill wrench, can't seem to find it anywhere.

I like this little wrench and want to add it to my collection, but i always like to know what it is, and what its worth before i decide to keep it. I've searched far and high but can't seem to find it anywhere, if anyone could be of help many thanks!
