Title: Something a Bit Different

I believe I know what this one's for but curious if I am correct. No markings at all on it.

Hmm, isn't that one of those things for making glass bottles into cheap vases and cups and things?

Looks to me like it is for scratching glass rods or tubes to cut them.

It's a bit small for bottles but it does seem about right for tubing. I figured it was to cut glass tubing. Something I've never had a need to do but I'm prepared now.

Too easy for you guys.
