Title: Allen battery cell tester

Found at a swap meet yesterday. For the old tar top batteries.
I guess Allen test equipment was around longer than I thought.

At least as far back as 1929, tho they were futzing with electric welding stuff back then....

That's in nice shape, most of the cell testers I come across look half fried.
