Title: "White" tool
Post by: GaryD on March 11, 2013, 10:40:58 PM
Any ideas on what this tool is?  It probably had either a wood handle or a metal coil handle.  Thought maybe it was a stove tool, pan holder, or some such thing.  Can not find any thing like it under that search.  Maybe a blacksmith tool?  The only stamping is "WHITE" and MH3* and MH2.  Found a White company that made sewing machines, and another that made knives.  Seems to be no connection to this thing.  It is a clamp of some sort.

I think it's off of a white truck. Looks like their emblem.
Don't know what it is . Mirror bracket?

the last picture looks like a clamp-on-the-windshield-post rear view mirror from the teens or 1920s. Missing the mirror of course
