Yes, it shows up with that date code (or close) (54) on some wrenches.  Wonder why so short of period.

that logo looks chinese "ish".......maybe there were conspiricy theorists in 1954 too.

It Sure is Wierd, Most of the Tools that Came with this Wrench were all in the Same 2 or 3 year Span, Some Being the Same Year as this One But they all have the Underline Logo instead of this One!
