Found this Old Wrench and have No Idea Who Made it, Google Doesnt Like "1073 Wrench" lmao

Anyone know who made this Old One?

Try searching got 'tool size' sometime ;P

I was going to say it is probably  just an ISN anyhow, (specifying only the wrench size) , but it isn't. There is no 73 in the series, therefore there is also no 1073 in the series...so it's someone elses magic number.....

I have a deja vu feeling about this number tho....
