Chaps
I have a few American sockets which I would like to know what makes and models of cars they were for. They all look to be 1920's - 1930's.
Any ideas?

I have a few boxed sets similar to what you have there, 3 were made by Frank Mossburg and Co in Attleboro Mass and 1 was made by the Packer auto specialty Co in Chicago. I also have several similar loose pieces which have no markings. I was under the impression these were just socket sets sold to the public and not necessarily for any particular make of vehicle. One of the Mossbergg sets has a good label remaining which says " owners " Socket wrench set No 13. Try looking at the Alloy Artifacts site they will probably have some more info.

The top three look like spark plug wrenches made at a time before spark plugs were standardized with regard to their hex sizes.
