The Eifel-Flash is an adjustable jaw plier wrench with flat blade screwdriver in one handle.
It was avalable with interchangable jaws.These have only the jaw shown

Walworth Parmalee No. 1 Non-marring pipe wrench. This has a 3/4" jaw. Origanlly came with 4 interchangable jaws.Price is $19.50 plus shipping---NOW $15.00--sold---
