Title: Strange Pliers Made in France

Anyone seen these Before or Know what they Might be Used for?

Logo looks like a Gear or a Sun...Pliers are Marked "30 France"

They are Peddinghause(brand) Wolf Jaw tongs. Blacksmith's use them. You can still buy them new from farrier and blacksmith supply places!

These are modern blacksmith general purpose multi task tongs variously called wolf jaw, alligator or universal tongs. These types of tongs are still available from from various makers worldwide all slightly different!
I note other got there before me, but I'll post any way.
