It a bronze sculpture by artist Paul Julius Martus. It has been around a few years. there was even a picture
of it in a Missouri Valley Wrench Club Newsletter a couple years ago. Kind of creepy if you ask me.

I am not sure how my mind could go in the gutter on this one and my mind is usually already there, I agree with creepy
