Title: $75 Martin Wrench new??

What makes a Martin 1162 worth $75 new online??  Are they specific for tuning Martin guitars???  Inquiring minds wanna know...maybe that's why this is my first one in the collection box??  Way more than Snappy and MAC combined!!
