Anyone have any idea? It's 5 inches overall length. Openings are 1/2, 9/16, and 5/8 originally although the 1/2 and 5/8 are off somewhat from the wrench being bent.
Appears to be a screwdriver on side, judging by taper in thickness/width.
Any help appreciated.

I'd speculate on a bicycle or motorcycle wrench. The kits on both needed to be compact, since there was precious little storage space. I own (or used to own...I need to look to see if it's still in the wrench drawer) a Jawa (CZ) motorcycle wrench that has the two needed feeler gauges riveted at the center point of the wrench (points and plugs, probably - the motorcycle from which it came was a two-stroke, so no valves to worry about).

I have a pretty extensive collection of magneto wrenches with the feeler gauges attached similar to this, but this one is definitely a screwdriver.
I'm starting to lean toward this being a wrench for an older gas pressure lamp or lantern, and the "screwdriver" may be for cleaning gas tips on those appliances. I'm going to put an email out to a man that may know over on the Coleman Collectors Forum.
