Every time I see one of these I am tempted to get an old Electrolux  (Suk-o-Lux),
  cut it in 1/2, and ............................

Some of the old "Space Age" designs would no doubt make cool boxes. Do it, Scott! I would, but I already have too many projects for which I lack the necessary skills.

I think he'll have a hard time getting a $350 bid in this economy. It's not complete, not in that great of shape, and......I'd be bidding on it if I had unlimited cash growing in the back yard.

 Always wondered if that guy that posted the torpedo on this forum a year or so ago ever turned his set?

Cooler than the Plomb chests, but both are out of my reach.........the drooling is free though....lol
