I picked this up this past week. It is marked J. H. Williams & Co. U.S.A. on one side of the handle, and De-Mountable Rim Tool on the other side. The head is marked PAT'D. Probably a common tool, but it is the first one I have seen made by Williams, so I couldn't stand to leave it behind.

It measures 9 1/2 inches long.

That is a neat tool. I'll bet that it is not that common.

Super cool, I have only seen the similar version by VLcheck and it is only a hammer , tire tool. I would think this one is pretty rare.
